الشروط والأحكام
1. يلتزم المشترك بشراء الزي الرياضي الرسمي الخاص بمدرسة نادي الاتحاد وارتدائه خلال التدريبات والمباريات الرسمية للأكاديمية.
2. الالتزام بارتداء ملابس رياضية مناسبة لكرة القدم تتوافق مع متطلبات التدريب.
3. الالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة للحصص التدريبية وعدم التأخير أو الغياب دون عذر مسبق.
4. يقر المشترك وولي أمره بالمخاطر المتعلقة بالأنشطة الرياضية، وتقتصر مسؤولية النادي على تقديم الإسعافات الأولية فقط في حالة الإصابات، ولا يتحمل نادي الاتحاد أي مسؤولية عن الإصابات أو المشاكل الصحية الناتجة عن التدريب أو المباريات.
5. يوافق المتقدم وولي أمره على تعويض النادي عن أي دعاوى أو أضرار تنشأ عن المشاركة.
6. يجب على جميع المشتركين تقديم شهادة طبية سارية المفعول قبل بدء التدريب للتأكد من لياقتهم للأنشطة الرياضية.
7. النادي غير مسؤول عن فقدان الأغراض الشخصية أثناء التواجد في المدرسة.
8. الرسوم المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد، ولا يمكن إيقاف الاشتراك أو تأجيله لأي سبب.
9. يتحمل ولي أمر المشترك مسؤولية إحضار اللاعب للتدريب واستلامه بعد انتهائه.
10. يقتصر دور المدرسة على تدريب اللاعب فقط دون أي التزامات إضافية.
11. يحق لنادي الاتحاد إلغاء اشتراك اللاعب والاحتفاظ بالرسوم في الحالات التالية على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- عدم الالتزام بارتداء الزي الرسمي لثلاث مرات خلال مدة الاشتراك.
- التهجم اللفظي أو الجسدي على الزملاء أو الطاقم الفني.
- الإضرار بسمعة المدرسة.
- اتباع سلوك غير لائق أو تعاطي أو ترويج المواد المحظورة.
- العنصرية أو التنمر أو التمييز أو أي شكل من أشكال المضايقة.
- عدم اتباع تعليمات المدربين أو مسؤولي المدرسة.
- تعمد إيذاء الزملاء.
- عدم الالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليمات.
- استخدام ألفاظ نابية أو السخرية.
- نشر أو محاولة نشر آراء سياسية أو دينية.
- التلاعب أو محاولة إشراك شخص غير مسجل.
- انتهاء صلاحية الهوية الوطنية أو الإقامة دون تجديدها.
12. يتحمل المشارك مسؤولية الحفاظ على منشآت المدرسة ومعداتها، وفي حالة الإضرار العمدي بالممتلكات سيتم فرض غرامات وتعويضات مالية.
13. يُمنع منعًا باتًا التدخين أو استخدام المواد المحظورة داخل منشآت المدرسة.
14. الالتزام بالقيم الأخلاقية والعادات الدينية والاجتماعية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
15. الالتزام بلوائح نادي الاتحاد الخاصة بحماية اللاعبين ومن في حكمهم.
16. في حالات الطوارئ، سيتواصل النادي مع رقم الطوارئ المقدم، ويتحمل ولي الأمر مسؤولية ضمان دقة الرقم وإمكانية الوصول إليه.
17. يمتلك النادي حقًا غير حصري لاستغلال صورة واسم اللاعب لأغراض تجارية وتسويقية طوال مدة العقد، وعلى اللاعب تجنب أي تصرف قد يتسبب في تعارض المصالح مع حقوق والتزامات النادي التعاقدية أو مع حقوق شركائه أو رعاته.

Terms and Conditions
1. The applicant must purchase and wear the official Al-Ittihad Club sports uniform during training sessions and official school matches.
2. The applicant must wear appropriate football sports attire suitable for training.
3. The applicant must adhere to the scheduled training times and avoid being late or absent without a prior excuse.
4. The applicant and guardian acknowledge the risks involved in sports activities. The club is only responsible for providing first aid in case of injuries. Al-Ittihad Club holds no liability for injuries or health-related issues arising during training or matches.
5. The applicant and guardian agree to indemnify the club against claims or damages resulting from participation.
6. All participants must provide a valid medical certificate before commencing training to ensure they are fit for football activities.
7. The club is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during school activities.
8. The paid fees are strictly non-refundable and cannot be paused or postponed under any circumstances.
9. The guardian is responsible for bringing the player to training and collecting them after training sessions.
10. The school’s role is limited to training the player without any further obligations.
11. Al-Ittihad Club reserves the right to cancel the player's registration and retain the fees in the following cases, including but not limited to:
- Failure to wear the official school uniform for three consecutive times.
- Verbal or physical assault against teammates, other players, or staff.
- Damaging the school's reputation.
- Engaging in inappropriate behavior, consuming or promoting banned substances.
- Racism, bullying, discrimination or any form of harassment.
- Failure to follow instructions from coaches or school officials.
- Intentional harm to fellow teammates.
- Failure to comply with regulations and instructions.
- Use of offensive language or mockery.
- Spreading or attempting to spread political or religious opinions.
- Manipulation or attempting to involve an unregistered person in school activities.
- Expiry of the residence permit or national ID without renewal.
12. Participants are responsible for maintaining school facilities and equipment. Intentional damage to property will result in fines and financial compensation.
13. Smoking or the use of any banned substances is strictly prohibited within school premises.
14. The applicant must adhere to ethical values and the religious and social customs of Saudi Arabia.
15. The applicant must comply with Al-Ittihad Club's regulations for player protection.
16. In case of emergencies, the club will contact the provided emergency number. It is the guardian's responsibility to ensure the contact is accurate and reachable.
17. The club holds a non-exclusive right to use the player's image and name for commercial and marketing purposes throughout the term of the contract. The player must refrain from any action that may lead to a conflict of interest with the club's contractual rights and obligations, or with the rights of its partners or sponsors.
